Terms & Conditions

1. Who pays first will get the items first.
2. Only serious buyers; no backouts or exchange after confirmation. Backout buyers will be blacklisted.
3. Once confirmations were made, no backouts. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order.
4. Buying is at your own risk.
5. Items are 100% in new and great condition.
6. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.
7. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.
8. We will be using Pos Laju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g.
9. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Pos Laju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Pos Laju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
10. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us ya. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

After we have received your order, we will send you an invoice within 2 days.
Step 3.
After receiving the invoice, please bank in or transfer the payment to our bank account within 2 days. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

After you have banked it, please send us an email which includes the transaction date, amount and from which bank, plus the reference number.
